Clients with any maintenance issues

We are currently responding to any emergency maintenance issues that are reported to our Customer Care team within the appropriate response time.

We will keep updated on the latest Government and NHS advice.  Extra care will be taken with regards to our team and tradesmen entering your property.

If you, or anyone you live with, is displaying any symptoms of the coronavirus or self isolating, we will be unable to visit your property.  Inspections will be postponed until it is safe to carry out any necessary work.

Clients are asked to be mindful that our team and tradesmen may be operating at a reduced level due to limited resources and delays to our normal response may be experienced
