Building & Maintenance Operative

Position: Permanent

Start: ASAP

Location: Dundee and Carnoustie

Hours: 39 hrs per week

Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday 8am – 4.30pm, Friday 8am – 3.30pm

Duties include:

• Assessing and carrying out planned and reactive maintenance repairs to property
• Assisting with building/completing new homes
• Liaising with customers and tradesmen to carry out work promptly to the required standard
• Complying with health and safety in construction

Skills required:

• Well organised with a high standard of workmanship
• Good communication and basic IT skills
• Trades background or knowledge of property and NHBC standards would be an advantage
• A current full driving licence is desirable.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
