An amazing line-up of quality bands from all over Scotland and the United Kingdom has descended upon the serene landscape of the historic Barry Mill. The mill is Scotland’s oldest working mill and dates back almost 800 years.

The family friendly event which is set to take place on Saturday 4th August and Sunday 5th August will raise funds for the National Trust for Scotlands property, The Barry Mill.

Saturdays line up includes a mix of banks from all over Scotland and the United Kingdom some of which are: Amazing Disgrace; Nifty Shades of Grey; Twa Blighters; George Harris; The Black Feathers; The Strange Blue Dreams; Tree’s Don’t travel; Two Thieves & the burning Wood.

Sunday looks to be set for another great line up of entertainment with Broon Troots; Arms Against; The Whole Shebang; The Yonderlees; Esperi; Our June Lions; Rail Fan and Franco playing.

The first day at the Barry Music Festival looks to be a great success thanks to sponsorship from a local Carnoustie business the DJ Laing Group. The DJ Laing Group has donated £500 towards the running costs of this years event.
