New Build Homes Can Save Buyers Over £2,500 on Energy Bills
Here for the Community
It’s important at DJ Laing that we give back to the local community which has been such a huge part of our success and we intend to continue that local support as we move forward.
We are pleased to report that new build homes are so energy efficient that they could save buyers an average of £2,500 per year on their energy bills.
According to HBF analysis, 85% of new build homes have an A or B EPC rating, while just 4% of older properties achieve the same energy-efficiency grade. This means that buyers of new build homes can benefit from a range of energy-saving features, including thicker insulation, efficient heating systems, the latest double-glazing and solar panels, resulting in lower energy bills and a reduced carbon footprint.
“We are thrilled to offer our customers new build homes that are not only modern and stylish but also energy-efficient,” said Karen Nicoll, Managing Director of DJ Laing Homes.
DJ Laing Homes is committed to helping our customers to enjoy living in their new homes without having to worry about the rising cost of energy bills. By investing in the latest energy-saving technology, we are also helping to reduce the carbon footprint, making a positive impact on the environment and contributing to a more sustainable future.
