DJ Laing Homes Introduces Virtual Viewings

It was business as usual, or almost, for DJ Laing Homes as it launches its new virtual property viewings.

The company is now offering prospective buyers the opportunity to explore its live sites with a sales agent who will provide a live guided online 3D tour of properties and engage in a live chat through the Zoom platform.

The new service is currently available at the companies Castle View Development in Dundee.

The DJ Laing Homes sales team Janice McBride and Jennifer Thoms will host the new live sessions which are available for the companies range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes.

The company has also partnered up with CARA Mortgages to offer remote online mortgage advice sessions with their advisors during this time, potential homebuyers to access information about the Help to Buy and First Home Fund.
