Carnoustie Panmure Community FC Launches First Official Sticker Book

Carnoustie Panmure Community Football Club is proud to announce the launch of its official inaugural sticker album, a vibrant celebration of the club’s players and coaches. 

This exciting collectable makes sports clubs the stars of their own sticker albums and offers fans a fun and meaningful way to engage and add to their collection. 

The stickers showcase 26 teams, featuring 500 players and 60 coaches spanning from the senior men’s squad to the youth, girls and women’s teams.  Launched at Laing Park, Carnoustie on Saturday 30 August, football fans will be able to collect stickers and create a unique keepsake that reflects the spirit of the club.

“This is a hugely exciting step for Carnoustie Panmure,” said Sam Lawson. “A sticker album is not only a fun way for players to engage, but also a way of preserving our proud history. It will be enjoyed by the players, supporters and future generations.”

The sticker album was designed and produced by Words & Pictures, a specialist photographic company based in Edinburgh.  Alistair Pryde, founder, said “We produced our first sticker over 10 years ago. It’s an innovative product that supports clubs with their fundraising efforts and makes memories for all the players. Since our first, we’ve produced over 2 million stickers and Carnoustie’s album is our 74th! We’re delighted to welcome Carnoustie Panmure Community FC to the W&P family.”

The title sponsor was local business, D J Laing Homes.  Construction Director, Gary Laing shared “We were delighted to support this initiative.  It’s a fantastic idea that reflects the club’s strong community values and commitment to developing players, both on and off the pitch.”

The official launch event took place at Laing Park, Carnoustie on Saturday 30 August from 1.30pm where the stickers and books were available for the first time, including 260 albums that were pre-sold. As a bonus, attendees / Buyers also received free entry to Carnoustie Panmure’s game against Broughty Athletic, kicking off at 2.30pm.

The Carnoustie Panmure sticker packs are now available for sale from the club and selected local retailers, Spar, Barry Road and Angus Newsagent, Ravensby Park Gardens, both Carnoustie. 26,000 stickers were sold within 36 hrs !  Proceeds from the sticker book will directly support the continued growth of football at Carnoustie Panmure and help enhance facilities at Pitskelly Park.
