An Angus furniture business has continued its partnership with a renowned local housebuilder by styling its latest Dundee showhome.

Millers of Carnoustie was selected by DJ Laing Homes to fit out the showhome at its new Castleview development in Dundee, having previously furnished showhomes at the firm’s Malt Loan development in Carnoustie.

The family-run business, which was established in 1999 and has showrooms in Montrose and Carnoustie, supplied large furnishings such as sofas and beds for the showhome, as well as soft furnishings and floorings with information dotted around the property to give inspiration to potential buyers.

Gary and I selected the soft furnishings remotely and pieced all the rooms together to create a modern and welcoming home in the latest trends and colours.

It wasn’t easy securing certain products but we are delighted with the end result of this large four bedroom home. My personal favourite being the spacious master bedroom with dressing area, beautifully decorated in teal.

It’s great being back open/on site and meeting prospective clients in person (by appointment) who are considering moving home”.

The Castleview development comprises of ninety seven contemporary homes in the popular area of Ballumbie on the outskirts of the vibrant city of Dundee.
