With our wealth of experience in the civil engineering industry. DJ LAING diversified into house building in 1989 by launching our first housing development at Douglas Gardens in Carnoustie.

Since then, numerous developments have followed, including, Burnside Gardens, Earlston Court, Golfview, also in Carnoustie and Blairs Meadow in Letham.

Building approximately sixty units per annum, DJ LAING has now successfully completed almost 300 new homes to date.
